- Breakfast – Our renowned breakfast, included with your stay, is served daily starting at 7:00am
(Summer hours from 7:30) until 10:00am. Need an earlier start? We are happy to prepare fresh croissants and a fresh bowl of fruit for you (upon request at check-in), starting at 6:30am. With advance notice (1 day), you are welcome to invite extra guests for breakfast for $15 per person.
On the third Sunday of each month, we also have a special brunch ($) from 11:00am to 1:30pm. - Cleaning service – Rooms are cleaned daily between 11:00am and 3:00pm. Just let us know at the front desk if you prefer not to be disturbed, or if no service is required, during these hours.
- Bike, ski, and snowboard storage – We have a shared storage space for bikes (registration required). We can provide towels free of charge for you to clean your equipment. Skis and snowboards are welcome in guest rooms.
- In-room massage – In-room massages can be arranged, thanks to The Sunshine Center, in our Economy King Rooms or in any Deluxe room. Based on availability. Advance notice highly recommended.

- Economy Rooms – Each room is appointed with high-end Green Tea scented shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soaps by Terra. Shower caps and hair driers are also provided. Free with your stay, high-speed broadband wifi and basic cable are accessible from every room.
- Deluxe Rooms – In addition to the amenities included with our Economy Rooms, our Deluxe Rooms are much larger with a view, and each is equipped with a mini fridge. Driers for boots, gloves, and helmets are also included in each Deluxe room in the winter months.

- Pool table – Our bar is equipped with a pool table, free of charge for both inn and restaurant guests.
- Gym* – For those who prefer to exercise indoors, we have a small home gym which we are happy to share with our inn guests. The gym includes a MaxTrainer M7 by Bowflex, an elliptical and weights. Please note that the gym can accommodate 3-4 people at a time.
- Outdoor Pool* – Our outdoor pool is open from late June to late August for inn guests only.
- Spa* – Our outdoor hot tub is open year round to guests only.
- Adjacent to Plein Air Sutton/MTB – Mountain biking tickets for Plein Air Sutton are available for sale at our inn, and our property line is conveniently shared with the entrance for the bike path.
- Iron and ironing board upon request (based on availability)
